You might be able to get away with the Federation having no money once you invent the replicator, the antimatter engine, and warp drive. Effectively infinite energy + the ability to turn energy into any physical object (including food) means that you can create anything that you need. And once you have warp drive, you have effectively infinite real estate.
Of course, that doesn’t cover services or unique objects/real estate. In ST:TNG, Picard’s brother owns a vineyard in France. Does he have a mortgage? What if he wants to move to Florida?
You definitely can’t get away with no crime. What about crimes of passion? If a man shoots his wife because he discovers she’s been cheating on him, what happens to him in the Federation?
